Learning the ins and outs of teaching is not a one stop shop their is no one book, movie, or guide that will give you all the answers, but becoming a transformational teacher is possible by learning the science of teaching (the pedagogy aspect of teaching). Unfortunately, there is no cookie cutter method to ensure that all your students will be successful but reading about the pedagogy of teaching will give you an idea of what it will be like to stand in front of your students on that first day of school and learning how to keep structure in your classroom is key to ensuring that behavior issues are minimized and that your taking advantage of every second you have with your students. Remember as an educator we are constantly learning and trying new thing,s we must learn how the mind works and be open to learning and trying different techniques . What may work for one student may not work for another.
